Ministry Update For the past three years Mike Budler has served as the South Suburban Director of the Greater Chicago Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He oversees the growth of over 20 area huddles, ministering to Junior High, Senior High, and College athletes. He is involved in using sports camps as a means to build relationships and share the gospel of Christ. Mike and Laura are in the process of changing fields as they desire to move to South Africa and serve with Evangelical Baptist Missions. Mike and his wife Laura have four sons.
Prayer Requests
  • Pray for continued growth and unity of the Atlantis church plant.
  • Pray for the Budler's safety as they travel considerable distances to both the Evangelical Bible College and to Atlantis.
  • Praise God for the salvation of three people in the church plant: Ardie, Tarryn, and Ryan. Pray that God would continue the good work He has begun in each of them.
  • Praise God for 10 ladies at Laura's first weekly Bible study in Atlantis. Mike had just as many at his first Sunday night Bible study on the Life of Christ.
  • Pray for Nicolaas and Ursula Perrang and their two children, Keren and Jason. The Perrangs are ministry teammates with the Budlers in the church planting project in Atlantis.
